Worry-Free Wednesday: The Fourth Idea


Hello and Happy Wednesday my loves! Today, I wanted to share with you a worry-free idea that use frequently: talking.

If you know me personally, you know I LOVE to talk in general; however, when I'm stressed or going through something, talking can be incredibly therapeutic. I find that I always feel so much better after releasing all the stressful thoughts in my head, and it's always important to have someone (or many people) that you can trust and talk to when you need get something out of your head. But on a more positive note, having that person that you can talk to is important because humans need other people.

So this week, I encourage you to talk to someone. This someone could be your BFF, your SO, your mom, your dad, your sibling. Just sit and talk, with few distractions. Earlier this week, I walked with someone to my next class and had such a great conversation. I also called my mom when I was on the verge of a breakdown. Either way works, do whatever you need <3

  1. Your advise to talk to someone is excellent. Being as reclusive as I am, I know what it's like to fail to do so. Fortunately, there's always my shrink - and from time to time some blog commenting and Tweeting on Twitter.
    I love your outfit photo above. Your outfit looks very attractive and that view is spectacular. It must have taken some courage posing for it. I'm wondering where that was and how high it was?
